user information privacy policy describes how
United Broadcasting Sales Company, Inc. (United
Broadcasting) collects and utilizes users' personally
identifiable information.
United
Broadcasting will not disclose a user's personally
identifiable information to any third party without
the user's express permission.
Information
Not Collected:
A
user can access the United Broadcasting web site
without providing any information at all. Nor
do we follow a user's browsing path outside of
our web site.

accordance with the Children's Online Privacy
Protection Act (COPPA), United Broadcasting does
not collect or store any personal information,
even in aggregate, about children under the age
of 13.

Form Submissions:
When
a user supplies personal contact information and
submits the contact form on the web site's Contact
Us page, that information is confidentially kept
by United Broadcasting in order to respond to
that user's question or request for information.
United
Broadcasting will not sell or share your personal
information with other companies, except as necessary
to fulfill a transaction you have requested. United
Broadcasting may also share such information when
required by law or in the good-faith belief that
such action is necessary in order to conform to
the edicts of the law or comply with legal process
served on United Broadcasting.

information about the company's products or services,
or other general company announcements they feel
could be of interest to you. At any time you may

tracking:
United Broadcasting does track usage patterns
on our site and breaks down overall usage statistics
by browser type and referring URL. However, we
do not match this information with users' personally
identifiable information.
Cookies:
A cookie is a small data file that a Web site
transfers to a user's hard drive when a user visits
the Web site. At this time the United Broadcasting
web site uses no cookies.
Opt
